• If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange for your Hijabandco items, please email us at hellohijabandco@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the items you wish to receive a refund/exchange in addition to your reason so that your return can be authorized. A returns address will be provided to you after your return has been authorized.

 

• Your items must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a defect. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

• If your item is in new condition, you may exchange it, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

 

• You must contact us within 05 days of receiving your purchase.

 

• Due to hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no refunds/exchange policy on opened Hijabs, Scarves, and Hijab caps, as well as accessories and formal Hijabs.

 

• Any sale/clearance items cannot be refunded/exchanged. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
